Position : MARKETING COORDINATOR in the Orlando OR Fort Myers Office
Job Description : SchenkelShultz is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team and support the proposal production effort. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, be detail oriented and have the ability to create customized proposals and marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality proposals which includes tailored resumes, project profile sheets and working in conjunction with the architectural and BD Lead to create custom responses that address the specific criteria of each pursuit.
Work in Deltek Vision / VantagePoint (Marketing Database) to enter and update opportunities, client and project information
Create and maintain standard marketing collateral, as well as creating custom materials, including project profile sheets, brochures, etc.
Support the firm’s social media efforts to ensure a regular online presence
Assist in maintaining, updating and resizing the firm’s photos and graphics for use in proposals, presentations and other marketing materials
Qualifications:
Strong writing skills, including an ability to edit the work of others
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines
Attention to detail
Highly organized
Self-motivated
Proficient in: Adobe Indesign and Photoshop, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
