ROLE SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will assist in all marketing activities and initiatives for the The h. wood Group. They are expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management. The coordinator should be detail-oriented and have a solid understanding of marketing techniques with keen interest in providing consistent brand voice across all marketing activities to specific audiences.
RESPONSIBILTIES:

Implement marketing campaigns by preparing marketing strategies, plans and objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, updating calendars.
Manage content calendar for email, social and paid media placements
Assist with data tracking and reporting on campaign performance
Achieve key performance indicators (KPI’s), track performance, and prepare reports.
Assist the department with day-to-day marketing tasks and coordinating marketing projects and activities as requested.
Support the in-house marketing and design teams by coordinating and creating content.
Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and the marketing mix used by competitors
Producing additional marketing communications, such as flyers, brochures, and exhibition-related projects
Organizing the production of branded items and merchandise.
Assisting with the production of artwork, sourcing images, and checking copy.

REQUIREMENTS:

1-2 years proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
Experience with research methods using data analytics software
Expertise with SEO/SEM campaigns
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Suite and excellent command of written English with copy accuracy.
Confident and outgoing personality with an excellent attention to detail.
Well organized and self-motivated.
