Job Description : We are looking to hire Marketing Executive for our Products who will help us plan, execute & optimize our marketing channels, ramp us sales and increase the revenue considerably.Job description: Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing them to new markets.Developing new business opportunities.Implementing new sales plans and advertising.Coming up with branding techniques and budgetAnalyzing customer sales trends and offering products and services to themReporting to superiors with proper procedure and schedulesMarket survey for sales techniques beyond the current structureCollecting customer feedback and solution findingsProving timeline for sales and marketing.Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a saleMake accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customer with quotationsFollow up with the customers to maintain and grow business relationshipReview your own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targetsCreate monthly status report based on competition analysisCreate awareness about the company offerings in the marketplacePromoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a marketing roleExperience in pharmaceutical or related industriesProficiency in English, HindiHands-on experience with CRM software is a plusThorough understanding of marketing, sales and negotiating techniquesFast learner who has a strong passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachSkilled in delivering attractive presentationsQualification MBA or any related degree of Marketing & Sales.Excellent communication skillsSpeak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)B2B Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
