Position : Martble & Granite Project Sales Executive

Job Description : We are looking for a project sales executive to join our team with at least 6 years of work experience within the Marble, Granite and Natural Stone industry.The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:· Develop and growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction· Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs· Generating new leads and following up on them· Able to achieve targets within set deadlines· Keeping good network connections with Architects, Interior Designers, contractors, consultants & prospective individual clients· Complete knowledge of the products and services within the scope of the company· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and positively influence them· Promote the company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers· Supervision of the supply and installation of materials and the implementation of the project in all stages, includes mock-ups, samples, and technical reports· Payment collections· Expert in dealing with all kinds of stone application· Knowledge of estimation and able to interpret technical drawings· Analyse plans, bill of quantities and other project documentation to estimate costs· Able to work independently to research, source, negotiate, and obtain best prices and quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors· Visiting project sites to check site measurement, variation & quantities· Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory and legislative requirements for projects· Responsible for ensuring all information and correspondence is distributed accordingly and timely, as well as providing support to the site management team.· Strong professional communication skills in English is Mandatory. Hindi is preferable and Arabic is an added advantage.· Any other duty as deemed relevant and appropriate by the companySkills & Experience:· Needs to have a thorough understanding of the Marble and natural stone industry: Projects, Installation, Sourcing· Proficient knowledge of the market and the key players (contractors, consultants, architects, designers, etc.)· Great contacts and relationships within the construction and design industry· Self-motivated, pro-active and target driven· Well-groomed appearance and an articulate communicatorThis role comes with a competitive basic salary plus a commission structure upon achieving sales targets.This is a Full-time role, no contract or remote working options are offered for this positionJob Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):What is your salary expectation?Can you estimate for your projects?Experience:project sales: 5 years (Required)Marble & Granite: 5 years (Required)
