Job Description : What we are looking for: A Doctor with following skillso medicalo communicationo analytical and critical thinkingShould be active on social media and comfortable using computers.Qualification: MDS in Oral & Maxillofacial PathologyHigh learning capability with presence of mindExperience in dentistry (1 years) or moreWhat You’ll be doing: – Primary RoleDemonstrate the value of VELscope and DNA Ploidy to Dentist, Surgeons, Pathologists and Doctors digitally / in person at their Clinics/Hospitals at various locations.Conduct various medical camps in both urban and rural areasWork to build our proprietary algorithm for oral disease diagnosisAnswer and clarify customers’ questionsVELscope and DNA Ploidy Demos and InstallationWork as customer success officer to build win-win professional relationships with health care professionals including clientsDNA Ploidy Reporting- Secondary Role/Responsibility: Assist with VELscope inventory managementTrain customers in patient communication skillsConduct continuous Medical Education programsEnd to End DNA Ploidy lab oversight and leadership in delivery of codified workflowTraining: Rigorous training will be providedCertification will be issued upon successful completionCompensation and Benefits: Break up:o Base salary: base salary starting from 25,000 INR/month(will be negotiated as per your competence, current income level and future outlook)o Bonus: Per device installation and customer success bonusWorking hours:o Time – 8.30 am to 5:30 pmo Sunday holidayo 14 paid vacation days/year + 14 earned vacations/year (1 vacation day earned/23 days of work)o You can combine your earned leaves and take them together with 30 days advance notice or trade them for casho Sick leaves are granted on case by case basis with doctor’s noteo This is not a sales job, your job is to educate the customer and influence key decision makers to switch technology protocol that #savelivesCulture where you will be working: Applicant must own his/her workGood prospecting and qualifying are a prerequisiteShould be a good communicator and active on social mediaMust uphold brand value: You are the medical contactNo compromise with our core valueso Honestyo Transparencyo IntegrityYour work saves lives.
