Job Description : Key Tasks
Ability to convert sales leads into opportunities and successfully close deals
Generate new business leads through networking and cold calling
Determine customer needs through requirements assessment and mapping customer requirements to our solution set and development capabilities
Suggest & negotiate costs for relevant products and services
Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Engage with relevant team members to assess opportunities and technically present solutions
Maintain healthy relationship with customers and prospects
Stay informed, build trust and focus on the right people and companies
Desired Skills
Excellent communication skills
Customer focused
Good understanding of media products and services
Responsible in acquiring sales in both large and midsized business entities
Responsible for selling digital media marketing solutions
Ability to present products clearly and determine best fit for client
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated fearless cold calling, prospecting, and closing of a sale
Ability to successfully work autonomously while demonstrating excellent time management skills
Experience in complete media sales, preferred
Open to travel with the EMEA region
Mandatory Experience
Possess a very broad and deep level of knowledge and understanding of selling media products and services. Experience in bulk SMS and emailers is an advantage.
Demonstrate ability to effectively position and convey the merits of our media solutions to customers and prospects
Be self-motivated and comfortable in a position that grants autonomy
Achieve success with little management or guidance
Have outstanding speaking and writing skills
Be able to translate advantages into business benefits
Endeavour to grow company’s sales and marketing capability by mentoring and growing sales team
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business field
At least 2 years of experience in Sales& Marketing on Digital Media or Omni channel solutions.
