Job Description : Fast-paced Chicago Loop fully integrated Chiropractic, Medical and Med-Spa seeking a Front Desk Receptionist with direct Chiropractic, Med-Spa or Other Medical and/or Spa experience.
Qualified candidates must be very energetic, able to multi-task, willing to work hard and to learn about all the treatments and services we offer, as well as have a positive, team oriented attitude.
Daily responsibilities for the Medical Chiropractic Receptionist:

Answering incoming phone calls and appropriately responding to all inquiries
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
Preparing new patient charts, paperwork and routing cards
Collecting patient payments and establishing payment plans
Properly managing daily patient cancellations and no shows
Accurately handling and maintaining patient records
Performing general office admin duties (e.g., coping, fax, filing)
Verifying patient demographic and insurance information as necessary
Excellent face-to-face and phone communication skills are a MUST
Precise accuracy, orientation to detail and organizational skills
A thirst for knowledge and understanding of all the services we offer

The Chiropractic, Medical, Med-Spa Front Desk Manager position is full time. Typical hours are Monday through Thursday 11:30am-8:00pm and Friday 8:30am-3:00pm. Excellent non-commute hours. No major holidays! No weekends!
