Job Description : Requirements:Candidate should from the Diagnostic Industry.Must Posess the NABL Training Certificate.Responsibilities:1. Ensure all laboratory equipments calibration and maintenance programmes are implemented by the authorized personnel.2. Responsible for technical management of laboratory, selection of test methods, review of test procedures.3. Ensure all technical personnel implement the procedure according to the Documented Procedures (SOPs).4. Ensure all internal and external quality control system that verifies the intended quality of results is implemented by the authorized personnel.5. Ensure all technical documents and records are maintained according to the Documented Procedures (SOPs).6. Conducts effective performance evaluations for laboratory personnel competency.7. Keeps Lab director and Quality Manager well informed of status of laboratory development effort and serves as liaison between laboratory personnel and Consultants and quality manager.8. Responsible in ensuring that agreed targets are met, implementing corrective and preventive actions on daily test results where necessary.9. Responsible for making laboratory quality management integrity an institutional priority and for providing laboratory personnel support services to facilitate full understanding and address issues of laboratory quality management10. Responsible for training the laboratory personnel.11. Responsible for all advisory services from laboratory based on diagnostic test to clinicians.12. Plan, set goals, develop and allocate recourses appropriate to the needs.13. Monitor all referral laboratories for quality of services.14. Resumption of work after any halting of work by section Incharges.15.
