Job Description : Valley Women’s Health

Here at Valley we strive to provide outstanding health care to women of all ages. Our clinics
span from St. George to Salt Lake City and everywhere in between. You would be working primarily in our Provo location. We are looking for individuals with a drive in customer care, who want to work in a fast paced environment to help our medical records department. You will be in charge of the assignments and responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities:
Receive medical records request via multiple communication channels
Route incoming mail
Coordinate request with patients, hospitals, and or other doctor offices.
Maintain paper documents and scan into EHR system
Route documents to correct departments
Take incoming calls relating to medical records requests and disability paperwork
Complete payments, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
Medical knowledge preferred
Friendly personality
Organized
Technology driven
Able to work alone
Sit for long periods of time
Must understand and comply to HIPAA regulations
