Job Description : Job description :Roles and ResponsibilitiesAbility to analyze a case of medical malpractice, personal injury, and mass tort casesRequire to perform processes like request logging, assigning, processing, record retrieval and follow up, invoicing follow up, etcRetrieval of medical records via fax, mail, remote electronic medical record accessPerforms quality checks on all work to assure the accuracy of the documents.Prioritize workloads to ensure expedited cases are processed within defined timelinesDisplay effective and professional communication with internal and external clientsAdhere to all HIPAA and confidentiality policies at all times.Be in the center of ethical behavior and never on the sidelinesRequired Experience, Skills and QualificationsPrior experience in US Healthcare Calling Process, medical records retrievalMust be reliable, honest, motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Should understand requirements of HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) for Patient Health Document Management.Good communications skills – ability to comprehend English is essential – should be able to apply guidelines to case situations after understanding the case.Flexibility to work in shifts will be requiredWould be preferred 1-5 year of experience in US Healthcare Calling process.PLEASE NOTE: You will be working from office, Monday – Friday Timings : 8:30 pm to 5:30 am (NIGHT SHIFT)Role: Non – Tech Support – Semi Voice processIndustry Type : Medical Services / HospitalFunctional Area : Customer Service & OperationsSalary : 20K – 25KJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Monday to FridayNight shiftUS shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Cox Town, , Bengaluru – 560005, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Required)Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXXApplication Deadline: 31/03/2022
