Job Description : Are you a service-oriented professional looking for a challenging role? Do you possess strong customer service skills?
If so, then the Member Services Coordinator role at ADCES may be a fit for you!
We are searching for a self-motivated individual with a “can do” approach. The Member Services Coordinator is responsible for answering member/non-member inquiries regarding ADCES membership, products, educational courses, and Annual Meeting in a thorough and professional manner. This role provides support for activities related to membership recruitment & retention, which includes contacting lapsed members.
Additional responsibilities include:

Serves as a member advocate to improve overall customer experience.
Primary source of incoming member/non-member calls and emails for the Association.
Processes new member applications and membership renewals.
Processes credit card payments for membership fees and related refunds

Requirements

Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred.
College courses in related field a plus.
Database systems experience preferred.
Previous association experience a plus.
