Your profile
Engineering or MCA graduate with 5+ years of experience in IT.
Strong experience in managing a team and ensuring project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure.
Organized approach to solve problem with good decision- making skills.
Excellent coding skills in Mendix 1x and 2x.
Must be Mendix Rapid Developer certified.
Must have delivered at least 3-4 Mendix based applications.
Expert in Mendix domain modelling, forms, complex Microflow logic building.
Worked on app services to communicate within Mendix applications.
Mobile Development knowledge using Mendix Native features.
Good experience in Frontend technologies like JavaScript, XPath, CSS and HTML.
Experience in writing Java actions, web services in Mendix.
Good understanding of SQL, Model Driven Development, Agile and possibly Java (don’t have to be a coder, but a general understanding is definitely a plus)
Good to have skills
Knowledge on Mendix Deployment (Mx Cloud / AWS / Azure).
Familiarity with architecture styles / APIs (REST) / Microservices.
Knowledge on Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud service providers like AWS, Azure.
Your Responsibilities

As a Mendix Lead Solution Expert, should be comfortable with the platform and Mx app development & deployment.
Drive the Mendix project delivery for multiple apps ensuring quality of deliverables.
Capable to understand the client requirements and suggest the best solution in Mendix.
Should define and design boundary conditions, entities, roles, deployment infrastructure etc. for any Mendix app.
Expert in estimation, scoping and sizing of Mendix solutions.
Proficient to handle the complete lifecycle for a Mendix app together with developers.
Testing and quality assurance. User support, Bug Fixing and change management (processing of service/change requests including communication with users/customers).
Comfortable to handle business meetings, client interactions, feedbacks, design thinking workshops.
