Position : MEP Draftsman
Job Description : Looking for an MEP Draftsman with at least 2 years experience using AutoCAD, along with a knowledge of MEP in kitchens specifically, and custom stainless steel fabrication items and joineries. What we expect:To monitor the ongoing design activates especially shop drawing and detailing drawings as per requirements of consultant and client. Must be experienced in MEP design and detain drawings.Duties:1. Supervises the preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and architects and MEP engineers.2. Checks and corrects work prepared by others in order to conform to standards, specifications, and design requirements3. Prepare finished drawings for construction work from sketches, specifications, and field notes4. Prepares MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works.5. Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, fire fighting design6. Identify any deviation in the design and provide justification for the deviation.7. Experience in MEP design detailing.8. Report to design manger as well as MEP manager for smooth coordination for design work9. Experienced in local Jeddah Procedures10. be able to prepare quick, simple and accurate hand calculations to check the designing of others.Please only apply if your qualified to do the expected duties.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
