The Mumbai Metro Project consists of the design, construction and operation & maintenance of a corridor connecting Wadala, Ghatkopar, Mulund, Thane and Kasarvadavali in the city of Mumbai. The line is totally elevated and has a total of 32 stations.
For the state of the art metro rail system which provides a barrierfree and environmental friendly urban transport and contributes to seamless mobility, our aim is to provide general consultancy services to the design, procurement, construction and test and commissioning of the metro system.
Therefore, we are seeking a System Integration Expert (f/m/d).

Responsibilities:
Lead the System Integration and Testing & Commissioning team
Be responsible for the overall technical coordination of the project, including RAMS, System Integration and Interface Management, System Safety and Safety Certification of the Systems on the project and Testing & Commissioning of the system as a whole
Develop the interfacing strategy and planning for completing the systems interfaces activities
Be a focal point with interface works package contractors and designated interface contractors and suppliers
Perform impact analysis for the interface requirements and design changes and advise the impact of the changes to the management for decision making
Be instrumental in RAMS analysis, setting RAMS targets for each system and ensuring that RAMS targets and objectives are achieved in the operational metro system
Manage and offer real-time mitigation strategies for the interface resolution process
Produce Interface Management Plans and Interface Control Documents for each of the system interfaces
Prepare regular reports on progress and interface resolution issues and mitigation measures
Get fully involved in Oscillation Trials and final Systems Integrated Testing, Testing & Commissioning and Trial Running of the System
Assist Client in obtaining the requisite approvals from MOR and CMRS certification for commencement of commercial operations on the corridor
Provide support and training to the systems interface management team
Contribute in preparation/finalization of relevant O&M manual and in planning the training for O&M staff of Client
Qualifications:
Master Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
More than 20 years of professional experience
Minimum of 10 years of experience in metro project as System Integration expert (minimum two metro projects) /a similar role with emphasis in system integration or experience working in a similar role with strong technical railway background
Minimum 6 years of experience in developing country
International working experience in multicultural teams advantageous
Excellent personal administration skills
Excellent English skills
Relevant IT-Skills
Willingness to re-locate to Mumbai for at least 1-2 years
