JOB DESCRIPTION :

Attendance, Scheduling and leave management.
Timely escalation of Floor & Non Adherence issues.
Should be proficient in Ms Excel.
Should be well versed with WFM formulas like AHT, RPH, SPH, etc.
Roistering, reporting & MIS, presentations and analytic skills
Responsible for database management and should be well versed with excel operations (v- lookup / pivot table).
