RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide assistance in meeting the FRRO (Foreign Registration and Regional Office) requirements, for foreign missionaries serving in the mission
Assist in locating and maintaining missionaries’ housings, including apartment inspection and lease negotiation
Assist in processing payments, reimbursements, missionaries’ funding allocation, emergency hospital expenses and follow up, coordinate between missionaries and vendors during emergencies
Travel as needed upon request
Coordinate the Digital Finding efforts of the mission with the missionaries & the Mission Leaders using social media products.
Be familiar with content creation, running campaigns, Social Media Ads and so forth.
Product knowledge of Adobe & Canva Products and Meta Business suite with additional knowledge on Ads Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree holder preferred
At least 3 to 5 years of experience supporting senior level manager. Less experience with high potential may also be considered
Basic general accounting knowledge (book-keeping and data entry)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Attend to details, organized and able to multi-task
Highly proactive and willing to learn and accept new challenges
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both written and verbal English; language skills in speaking Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil are essential
