Job Description : Neurofeedback Technician
At SYMMETRY Neuro-Pathway Training, we provide neurofeedback services and systems that help the brain better regulate, because everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.
Our Trainers:
Part-Time Contractor –
Works approximately 10-13 Hours per week.
Pay is commensurate with qualifications and experience and starting ranges from
$15-20/ Hour
Initial training is required for all technician’s. Intensive 20 hour training course and certification is required including 20 hours minimum supervised hands on practice and evaluation.
Scheduling varies and includes daytime & evenings, weekdays and weekends. Due to the training time and costs involved this is not ideal for short term seekers, but rather at least a year commitment.
What You’ll Do:

Greet and communicate with clients and parents regularly, scheduling appointments, follow up with cognitive tests or other work provided to clients.
Tech-savvy – use a computer and neurofeedback system for the training sessions while maintaining detailed electronic records.
Assist with Marketing efforts/Business Development attending conferences/expos with marketing experience preferred.

Clients range from small children to adults with various neurological conditions such as
Asperger’s, Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, Chronic Pain and Fibromyalgia, Insomnia, Learning Disorders, Post Stroke, Headaches and Migraines, PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury, and also for Peak Performance…and more.
Preferred qualifications:

BCIA certified or prior Neurofeedback technician. Interested in behavioral health tech or familiar with Neurofeedback, Biofeedback, and/or EEG
AA, BA, BS degree in mental health, or experience in the psychology, behavioral health, nursing or mental health field is a plus.
You will be an Independent Contractor responsible for running Neurofeedback sessions, reporting changes and keeping team updated on client progress.
Marketing, outreach and networking experience.
