About Our Client
Our client is a one of the market leaders in the domain the operate in with national and international presence. They are looking for an NKAM Ecommerce to manage their B2B and B2C accounts. This role is based out in Delhi NCR.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the role include
Build road-map to leadership for Ecommerce Channel, strategies and implement programs/plans for development of sales in this channel
Develop retailer wise portfolio & execution strategies to build category relevance
Achieve volume and sales targets through effective implementation of sales strategies, Identifying the key challenges and enablers
Influence Key stakeholders such as Line manager, Trade Marketing, Sales development, Marketing and Regional Category teams of Retailers to align and garner necessary support to meet growth ambitions in the mid to long term
Manage the performance of Regional Key Account Managers reporting into them
Focus & develop on the capabilities of these RKAMs
Optimise cost to serve and profitably manage account visibility investments, and design and execute activation programmers
Closely work with S&F and Customer’s finance function to drive reconciliations as per the agreed Terms of Trades
Prioritisation and deployment of available spends towards strategic focus areas and activities for chains and brands
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate is someone who will have the following
MBA with 3-6 Years of relevant experience in ecommerce and account management
Preferably has experience in the consumer goods industry
Strong communication & Stakeholder management skills
