Are you ready to run your own company and make a positive impact in someone’s life? We know you are! SAMS Transit LLC. is searching for business partners and hourly drivers who will operate Vans or Sedans that will provide service to HealthCare patients in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area
Hourly or Commission:
Drive your own car and get contracted, or drive one of ours
Your Business Opportunity Details:
Guaranteed $15.00 minimum per completed trip.
Automated routes and invoicing using mobile handheld technology to accept, arrive, and complete rides.
Bi-weekly vendor payment.
Start-Up Business Qualifications:
Must have a valid Illinois driver’s license
Must have a clean criminal record and no more than 3 moving vehicle violations for at least two consecutive years.
Pass drug screen, background, and Motor Vehicles Report check. (No felonies or aggressive misdemeanors/ no suspension in past 5)
Possess or be willing to obtain a NEMT Certification
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Hourly
