Job Description : Office assistants needed within the LA area for AM Freight Solutions, an Asian American family trucking company based along the west coast.
!! Multiple positions available !!
Job Hours: This job will possibly require 50-55 hours a week, and overtime is always compensated accordingly. Usual hours are 8am-4:30pm
Job Description: -Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures-Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information-Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages-Perform receptionist duties when needed
Pay: Your pay will rise incrementally within your first THREE months and go up to $19/hr:-Start at $15.50/hr.-Second Month at $16.50/hr.-Third Month at $17/hr.
Job Requirements: -Must be at least 18 years of age-Excel knowledge highly preferred, if not required-1 year applicable experience preferred
