Job Description : Tech-Steel, Inc. is a well-established company in the steel fabrication industry looking for an Office Assistant to join our fast-paced, close-knit team located in Clearfield, UT. A successful applicant will be a strong team player who has excellent attention to detail.
Maintain printer, order paper and toner.
Download, file, print, and maintain bid documents.
Create, maintain & send dropbox links
Maintain a list of contacts per project.
Data entry/log information for each job.
Additional tasks as needed
Work Experience Requirements
Multitasking and patience are a must.
Basic computer knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Bluebeam.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
