Responsibilities
Management of company books using Quickbooks software. Answering Phone Calls. Inventory Management. Job Costing. Payroll. Greeting Customers. Assisting with Sales and Orders. A/R and A/P. Other clerical and administrative tasks as needed. Pay based on experience.
Qualifications
You must have a thorough knowledge of Quickbooks. Ability to use excel, word, and other basic computer software. Excellent customer relation skills is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $30.00 per hour
Schedule:

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Work Location: Multiple Locations
