Job Description : Position Location Qualification Age Limit
Officer – Audit Department Mumbai MBA / CA / CS/ ICWA / M.Com up to 30 years
Qualification & Experience :
MBA/CA/CS/ICWA/M.Com or First Class B. Com. Graduates.
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in capital market preferably in Depository related operations, Stock Exchanges, Broking Firms or in compliance departments of other financial institutions.
Job Description :
Conducting Audit of the Depository Participant for ensuring timely compliance with guidelines laid down by Depositories, SEBI, and other Regulatory Institutions.
Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating processes, and documentation.
Reporting audit findings by preparing a report; discussing findings and ensuring timely compliance
Stay well updated with latest regulatory requirements and contribute in developments required to be made in the Depository system.
Formulating SOP on actions by depository on regulatory circulars.
High level of integrity and honesty is desired
Good analytical and statistical skills.
Good verbal and written Communication skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
