Job Description
Receipt of Raw Material, Packaging Material, Stationary material, Chemicals etc. from the Vendor/Plant.
Receipt of free sample/gift sample and entry.
Make entry in inward register/Progen software systemand kept in respective area/Prepare GRN & send to head office.
Maintenance and archival of COA received with RM/PM.
Maintenance of stock of Raw Material /Packaging Material and raise Purchase requisition/Stock transfer of exhausted material through Progen system.
Proper labeling of incoming material and maintenance of the same.
Maintaining of daily physical stock checks to tally with Progen system after all R&D trials.
Destruction of Expired API/Excipients after approval from department head
End of month physical stocktaking supervised by the R&D head.
Maintain and promote good cleaning practices including General Hygiene, Cleaning and Safety in the API/Excipient/Packing/chemical store.
Prepare on monthly basis a detailed summary of R&D trial records on shortages and product destruction.
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by a R&D head.
