Job Description : Job Information:

As on-site manager, you are responsible for the management of around 65 commercial employees

Ensuring operational readiness and service provision

Continuous improvement of internal organization and work processes in close cooperation with site management, shift supervisors and employees

Further development of the location with regard to productivity, quality and key figure systems

Ensuring occupational safety and accident prevention

Job Requirements:

Commercial controlling, reporting and analysis

Support for the implementation of new customers

Conducting employee interviews

Participation in weekly customer meetings (Weekly Review Meetings)

Several years of management experience with commercial personnel

Analytical thinking and quick learner

Willingness to work diligently and flawlessly in a dynamic team

Committed, reliable and responsible demeanor
