Position : On-Site Resident Manager
Job Description : We are looking for a copuple to work/live onsite at one of our apartment complexes.
The job would include one of you working in the leasing office: sending and editing contracts, implementing charges, keeping the complete organized, and addressing the tenant’s needs and concerns. Additionally, you would oversee complex events, checkouts in August, April, and throughout the year as tenants checkout monthly cleaning checks.
On average you’d spend at least 10-15 hours each week. During signing season, January & May, you’d average about 15-20 hours each week. In August and April, because it is checkout season, you will have more like 25 hours a week.
We are looking for someone to live on site but we are open to having them simply come work at that office.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
