Position Overview:
We are looking for talented and intuitive Onboarding Specialists to join our team and help us achieve our aggressive growth goals. You will help develop and maintain relationships with medical offices nationwide, helping to close the sale and train our newest clients. You will be supporting our Account Management and Customer Success teams. You must be highly adaptable, possessing both administrative and presentation skill sets. Excellent time management with both inbound and outbound contacts, effortlessly orchestrating onboarding tasks will be key to your ability to surpass goals.

What you’ll be doing:

Building office accounts with complete detailed information which connects to our CRM
Managing office status, data integrity, and documentation in Salesforce and Outreach
Supporting customer success in on-boarding and launching new offices
Calling new rep clients when we launch one of their key offices and registering them on the fly
Importing rep calendars to newly built RxVantage office accounts
Continued follow-up post-launch to ensure product usability

Coachable – you are open to implementing feedback consistently
Resourceful – you go over, under, around, and through obstacles to achieve success
Communication – you can clearly convey what RxVantage is and how we work to help offices in the near and long term
Team Player – you are able to work collaboratively with team members across multiple departments
Strong ability to think on your feet and answer unexpected questions with ease
Admin CRM User, Salesforce knowledge a plus
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
You’re comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high energy environment
