Location: Park City, Utah
Schedule/Guaranteed Hours: The family is offering a schedule of Monday through Friday from 7/7:30 a.m. to 6/7 p.m. with 55-60 hours a week guaranteed. Occasional overnights and weekends are desired, if the nanny is available.
About the Family:

Care is for an adorable 1 year old baby girl. This cutie is super happy and loves to explore. Her current nanny plays on the floor with her, reads her books, and takes her to explore the outdoors! She is crawling, breastfeeding, eating solids, and on a great schedule.
Mom and dad both work a hybrid schedule: partially at home, from private office spaces, and partially in the office
The family also includes a friendly 9-year-old labradoodle and two indoor cats that have their own room in the house.
This position is being offered as live-in or live-out! If live-in, the nanny would have their own guest suite on the lower level that is private from the rest of the house, with a bathroom, closet, and sliding door to the outside (wowza!).

About the Job:

All standard nanny duties including children’s laundry, light cooking, tidying. The family is seeking a proactive nanny who finds things to do around the house while the baby is napping.
Driving requirements-employer will reimburse for miles driven on the job. The nanny needs a vehicle with 4-wheel-drive, all-wheel-drive, or snow tires.
Travel desired: one week-long trip a year and several shorter trips over the summer for 2-3 days.

All standard benefits, including 10+ days of PTO of the nanny’s choosing, paid major holidays and guaranteed hours are being offered

Standard vaccinations required, including the flu shot and the covid vaccination. The family is seeking a nanny who is covid safe.

The family also has a housekeeper who cares for their home, so your focus on the baby and her needs.

The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate for this job will be a proactive nanny who loves their job and a demonstrated history of success in previous nanny positions. Someone who is fun-loving and upbeat, who isn’t embarrassed to be goofy and make their daughter laugh, is a priority for this family. The parents value their daughter’s safety, well-being and happiness above all else! CPR/First Aid certifications are required.
Desired Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay (Gross): $80,000- $110,000 a year BOE
