Job Description : Requirements
Candidate must have 2 – 3 yrs of experience
Handling process from log-in to disbursement
Strong follow-ups with customers, Merchant & sales team for execution.
Reaching existing merchants overcall to get their respective feedback
Solving Merchant and Customers basic problem
Mandatory: Candidate must know to multi south Language.

Willingness to go above and beyond: For start-ups the responsibilities and needs of the business change quickly. We’re looking for candidates who are willing to take on new challenges and can deal with ambiguity.
Ability to work with cross functional teams: Candidates must be able to influence cross functional teams – customer care, product, merchants, compliance & finance teams. Having the experience of managing healthy conflicts and driving people towards the customer goals and organization priorities would be valued.
