A candidate who would want to grow and shape their professional skills is welcomed.Eligibility CriteriaPassionate about art, planning, research and strategizing.Expert in working on MS Excel.Has considerable experience of working on Google Sheets.Proactive in daily activities and an efficient multitasker.Should be fast and accurate in data entry.Need to possess a strong proclivity towards research.Strong logic and analytical skills will be appreciated.Operations Executive ResponsibilitiesAs an Operations Associate, the individual will need to communicate with the internal team and higher management to prepare a strategy for operations to run efficiently.Should assist in developing long term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.Keep a check on the performance of the operations of both internal service providers and external service providers.Monitor every performance metrics, and receive and respond to approvals and notifications on a regular basis.Work Culture at Rooftop -Rooftop is more like a ‘Family that works together, succeeds together!’ It is a place where you can boost your mind into the critical thinking process and come out with fantastic ideas.
