You will have the opportunity to work directly with the founders of the company, but an effective candidate will also operate with a lot of autonomy. Job Summary:
Stock is looking for a candidate to take on the role of Operations Associate. This position will be a true “utility player” role. You’ll be the main person responsible for ensuring our inventory stays accurate and organized, packing and shipping all orders in a timely manner, and managing all returns. Other responsibilities will include maintaining a tidy showroom floor, inventorying and ordering packing materials, making pickups and deliveries, and occasional data entry. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities:

Fulfill and ship all orders
Check in and store all new inventory
Maintain inventory to ensure accuracy
Communicate low inventory warnings to Operations Manager
Organize Showroom Floor
Drive to local manufacturers for pickups, make occasional client deliveries
Occasional data entry, mostly related to updating lead info in our CRM

Required Skills/Experience

Technologically savvy
Hyper-organized
High attention to detail
Process oriented
Passionate about problem solving
Experience in inventory management is preferred but not required
Experience in Shopify is a plus

Compensation
In the interest of transparency and fairness, our compensation is outlined below

Pay is $40k/year
This is a full-time position
Health and Dental offered
There is no option for remote work, as all responsibilities require being in-person
There will be fuel reimbursement for any driving you are asked to do

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
