Job Description : Operations Executive – Executive – Mumbai
Key Role :
Updating Client Reports based on Fund Accounting Vendor reports, New client enrolment, account master set up.
Review client Funds & Setting up Transaction Limit for Trades.
Preparation Order Sheet and Ensuring execution of Orders.
Preparation of bifurcation of Trades Sheet and reporting to Custodian / Fund accounting vendor.
Accounts & MIS
Preparation of data for month end reports to clients and SEBI
Reconciliation of various reports by Fund accounting vendor.
Reconciliation of Invoices towards payment to vendor.
Client Ledger Confirmation and Service Tax Invoice raise on monthly basis
