Job Description : Unicity is a direct to consumer nutrition company doing business globally in more than fifty countries. We provide world-class health and wellness products and a leading business platform.

We are looking for an Operations Support Specialist to work in our Orem, UT manufacturing site. The Operations Support Specialist will perform functions that will support the Production, Purchasing and Warehouse teams to ensure there are no interruptions in production.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include:

Monitor the production schedule and create necessary production paperwork.

Review completed production paperwork for discrepancies and perform material consumption in the ERP system.

Assist with outbound shipments.

Help review and document KPI data.

Perform data entry into the ERP system.

Prepare statistical reports.

Help develop and administer the safety program.

Perform other clerical office functions.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School or GED equivalence Diploma, and/or 2 years experience working in a office environment and/or on the job training for specific computer program use

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to work independently.
Must be able to interact with personnel from all departments of the company
Proficient with computers using Windows and Microsoft office.
Must be able to enter data accurately.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands or fingers to handle or feel or reach. May be required to walk and stoop, kneel, or crouch, talk or hear. Occasionally required to sit, or climb. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or may require lifting, pulling or pushing of up to 50 lbs. Ability to bend and lift full boxes of documents (approx. 20 lbs), bending and reaching required. Walking up and down stairs required.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
