Experience: 3-6 Years.

Work Location: Bangalore

Working hours : CET or EST time zone

The successful candidate will be

Administrator, who can work well within a product-based organization (product mind set) and with the team comprising of developers & functional experts on a critical customer facing product.
Autonomous, motivated and self-driven.
A very good team player who can synergize with the local team and teams across the other geographies.
Customer focused and flexible.
May required to work in overlapping hours with the other locations on a need basis.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English – verbal and written.Accountability, commitment to deliver durable work of quality, ready to embrace challenges.An agile mindset to help the scrum team deliver and bring solutions to problems.Enough expertise to support dev team and progress in delivering key objectives.
Functional Skills
Eloqua Administration which includes creating/Maintaining Eloqua programsCreating/Maintaining Custom Data Objects CDO, Web data look ups, Integration/Configuration with cloud connectors On24, LinkedIn, etc
Be the point person for reporting with Dynamic content, Campaigns, segments, e-mails, lending pages and forms Custom development with Net c using Eloqua APIs
Creating/ Maintaining TSQL scripts E-Maintaining/Creating Eloqua templates
Creating/ Maintaining: common CSS/JavaScript
Technical Skills:
Web Technologies like HTMLHTML5 is a plusCSS, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON, AngularJS, Nodejs and familiarity with Responsive Web Design – is a must
Design, development, testing and delivery of production worthy software applications using Net c is a must
Knowledge of TSQL is a plusExperience with Oracle Eloqua Eloqua administration, Understanding of Eloqua programs, CDOs, Web data lookups, integration/configuration with cloud connectors is a mustKnowledge of Agile methodology.Documentation up to date with new developmentsMentor other people in the team when necessary.Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
