Position : OT Assistant
Job Description : Supervise the cleanliness and carbolization of Operating rooms daily.Arranging Anesthesia trolley and loading of Anesthetic agents according to Anesthetists instructions.Check the ventilator & emergency drugs before the surgeryMaintain drugs register day to day and refill the stock as and when required.Checking patient’s vitals during surgery and maintaining record of the same.Taking care of surgeon’s instructions in between.He / She play role of OT Technician and Anesthesia Technician.After the case he should ensure sterilization of OT rooms and arranging of Anesthesia trolley as per the requirement of the next surgery.· To assist the anesthetist with waking the patient. removing airway devices, transferring patients to post-operative care unitsHe is responsible to clean and disinfect the equipment like Laryngoscope with blades, Ambu bag with mask, OT table and operating lights soon after the case, Ventilator tubing’s, LMA Masks to be cleaned and packed for ETO sterilization.All machines / equipments like OT table, Syringe pumps, Infusion pumps, Warmer, Transport monitor, Hotline, Ultrasound etc., to be cleaned and disinfected properly and transport in an appropriate manner.Maintain a puncture proof container in OT which contains Sodium hypo chloride solution 2% and after operation all needles are burnt by OT Technician.At the end of the day ensure the cleanliness and carbolization of all theatres.Packing and Autoclave the instruments in case of exigencies.Supervise bio-medical waste management and concentrate more on retroviral positive and HbsAg positive cases.Segregate and dispose bio-medical waste.Coordinate with OT Incharge on all the issues related to theatre.To update infection control measures related to OT department· After disinfection take the swabs and check the sterility of operation theatre with the help of Microbiologist / ICN.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per monthSchedule:Rotational shiftEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
