Job Description : Seeing OVERNIGHT Crisis Line Worker – Remote
Crisis Line Worker is for answering incoming calls for a 24 hour crisis line for the state of Illinois. Crisis Line Workers will complete an initial mental/behavioral health screening assessment, determine eligibility for a state-run program and dispatch qualifying calls to responding parties. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with 1 year prior experience in social services.
Full-time, Part-Time, and On-call positions available
