Job Description : The role of the Overnight Front Desk Supervisor
Supervises a given overnight shift at the Front Desk. Directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own: welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. The Overnight Front Desk Supervisor ensures all tasks associated with the night audit process are completed.

Purpose
Supervises the staff of the entire hotel during the overnight shift. Works closely with the staff from all departments to assure that standards are being met. Is the direct supervisor of the Front Desk during the overnight shift Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :

Education
High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Experience
1-2 years front desk experience in a hotel needed.
Previous hotel experience in a luxury environment strongly desired.

Skills and Abilities
Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to speak a second language a plus.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent organizational skills and is a team player
This position works the overnight shift.
