Correspondence to the person to be assigned The salary paid at the place of assignment is calculated and paid by the local subsidiary, but recalculation due to salary revision, confirmation of calculation result, tax filing support, response to various questions
Personnel management In order to be in charge of totaling the number of personnel including consolidated subsidiaries , the number of personnel is collected monthly from overseas subsidiaries and aggregated and reported together with the head office
Confirmation of salary calculation results of subsidiaries, approval request work
Confirmation of salary calculation results and approval request work for overseas subsidiaries of the department
Job Requirements:
Experience in personnel and labor at a business company (approximate: 1 year or more)
PC skills
・ Word: Creating tables and graphs, mail merge Yes
・ Excel: VLOOKUP, pivot table can be used ・
PowerPoint: Easy document creation
・ Outlook, Teams: Can be used for business without problems
