Job Description
The key responsibilities for the Domain Lead P2P position include:

Design a framework to articulate the vision and value proposition for the P2P/MDM Domain to senior level business stakeholders with appropriate ownership of the Process Controls, Governance and Technology intervention.
Participate in discussions with units/ regions as a Subject Matter Expert along with the Tower Head, Delivery Head and Business Transition Team during transition of Units/regions for understanding the existing processes of the Units/regions being transitioned
Provide P2P/MDM Process and Domain Expertise required for Solutioning , Decoupling Business Processes, Transformation feasibility , Continuous Improvement framework, Market Benchmarking, and Maturity Assessments.
Collaborate with the BT team and run a pilot for process improvements and/ or technology enhancements
The Successful Applicant
The successful Domain Lead P2P candidate would be:

A Qualified Chartered Accountant having at least 7 years of post qualification experience
Having extensive experience in P2P
Having experience with a shared service centre/ third party organisation at a managerial position
Stakeholder management experience, and excellent communication skills
Currently based in Pune, or can relocate
