Job Description : Dubak Electrical Group is now accepting applicants for our NCCER certified Apprenticeship Program.
Dubak Electrical Group is providing opportunities for Apprentice Electricians to start a career and grow with a family-owned company by learning from mentors and instructors with 30+ years of experience. This is a four-year hands-on work and school/study program. The primary job duties will include but not be limited to:

installing conduit and wiring (power and controls)
troubleshooting
repairing
maintaining electrical systems (power, data, controls, and instrumentation)
safety education and following safety rules
electrical theory
other duties as assigned

Our work is conducted primarily in industrial settings (i.e. food/beverage production facilities, pharmaceutical facilities, chemical/oil refineries, paper mills, etc.), curriculum is learned in a classroom setting and skills training is taught in the training center. The Electrical Apprentice opportunity through Dubak U is for students who are interested in a school + work program. This program requires a student who is dedicated, determined and understands that effort and attendance are essential to succeed in the 4-year program.

Resumes and applications will be accepted through March 31, 2022. All applicants who submit their resume and answer all the required fields/questions will be reviewed for consideration by the Dubak U Advisory and Acceptance Committee.
Interviews will be conducted throughout the application process through the month of May
Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by June 1st.
School will begin in July/August and on-the-job training will begin in September. Students will work year-round and attend classes from August through May with a break from classes during the summer months
