Job Description : Property Management / Assistant
A Real Estate investment and management company located in Century City is seeking a competent property manager /assistant to principal to support us in the business. The company manages a small number of rental properties.
Ideal candidate:
– Good written and verbal communication skills, ability to grasp concepts quickly
– Self-directed, able to exercise independent judgment, and work in a proactive manner –
– Impeccable follow-up abilities, who can anticipate needs and act on them.
– Proficient and experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word.
– Remains calm, maintains perspective, and responds in a professional manner
– Must be a licensed & insured driver with a dependable car for use
– Willing to be flexible and on-call for rental property needs
-Communicate, schedule, and confirm services, repairs, and maintenance and be present at the unit if needed. Report to Principle.
– Research to assist in sourcing vendors or materials.
– Errands- Pay bills- Assist in ad hoc tasks
