Position : Partner – Market Insights & Digital Engagement
Job Description : Market Intelligence & Insights :
Centrally coordinate insight generation efforts across Roche India – own the insighting framework including design (capturing the need for insighting at various levels e.g. cluster, brand, SoF, etc.) and implementation through various platforms (e.g. DINC, insighting chapter, launch squads, etc.)
Conceptualize & deliver insights pieces based on market / competitive intel gathered from external sources (e.g. subscriptions); Manage relationships with vendors to source and share knowledge relevant to different internal stakeholders on market intelligence and trends; Progressively contribute to key strategy team deliverables e.g. Roche India fact book, periodic insights reports, etc.
Collaborate with the Partner, Portfolio Strategy & New Launches to meet insights requirements for new launches prior to launch squad formation, focused on key decisions e.g. launch go/no-go, identification of go-to-market routes, etc. & help define insights priorities for launch squads once formed
Leverage, engage & guide insights partners in the insights chapter; identify opportunities to effectively leverage their expertise on affiliate-level priorities; Support state cluster teams to clearly define and address key insights hurdles (commercial, medical, access); Build their capacity to conduct their own insight generation processes over time
Serve as an internal consultant for cluster / functional teams, and as an advisor to senior leadership, where needed, on matters needing strategic analysis / intervention
Digital Engagement :
Core member of the Digital Transformation team, collaborating to put together solutions / platforms to aid data driven decision making, measurement & personalized engagement
Responsible for leading efforts to drive digital engagement with external stakeholders in the Indian affiliate – identifying tools to enable/encourage this, deploy them in collaboration with internal / external stakeholders, drive adoption & measure impact
Manage the lifecycle of digital tools deployed; India-level product lead for strategically important digital platforms e.g. CRM, reporting platforms, enterprise solutions deployed by global, etc.
In a transforming global organization, identify learnings from digital journeys of other teams globally, scout for tools / processes / resources to adopt in India, identify opportunities to share India’s digital learnings & achievements
Identify opportunities / imperatives for Roche India based on emerging trends in digital engagement in the Indian context
Consulting and Ideas sparker
Internal consultant to clusters / functions, for new ideas and strategic insights, and an advisor to senior leadership for critical analyses / strategic decisions
Integral part of change management at affiliate level, playing the role of a change catalyst – leveraging own perspective of strategic priorities & operational needs
