Job Description : Our neighborhood Dental office is looking for a professional, patient friendly, outgoing, mature, organized individual to join our office and be a part of our amazing team! This is a full time job. Hours will be Monday 9:00-6:00 pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8-5 pm and Fridays 9:00-1:00 pm . We want great people on our team!!
Responsibilities:
Love your job and our patients and work as a team! Assist patients with any needed paperwork. Schedule appointments. Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. Help manage past due claims and insurance payments. Some past due and collections. Explain dental treatment to patients, explaining patients financial commitment, scheduling appointments & collections of patients co-pays. Providing excellent customer and patient service is a must!
Qualifications:
Applicants must carry a positive, self-starting attitude and be welcoming and friendly as they may be the first to greet our patients. Excellent communication skills are a must! Must be a creative problem solver. Prior Dental Office preferred but not mandatory. Pay is based on experience & qualifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 – $20.00 per hour
