Position : Patient Inquiry Scheduler

Job Description : High-end Beverly Hills Plastic surgery practice seeks a friendly, outgoing person to join an amazing team. The position is hybrid remote/in person position, handling new patient calls and inquires. This role is integral to the growth of the practice. Experience working a plastic surgery practice strongly preferred.
This position requires excellent customer service, a great phone voice, and a quick learner who can explain procedures (following a script) and schedule appointments for multiple providers.
Top applicants are compassionate, articulate, and enjoy working as a team. Experience with Nextech patient software is a plus.
Core responsibilities include:
· Answer calls and respond to emails
· Provide callers with detailed procedure information
· Build rapport while providing excellent customer service.
· Discuss pricing
· Update knowledge by learning about new procedures; participate in educational opportunities.
· Document call information according to standard operating procedures
· Meet appointment scheduling goals
· Follow up with inquiries multiple times to schedule appointments
· Manage and resolve customer questions
Requirements:
· Two years of related sales or customer service experience
· Excellent written and verbal communicators with a clear and concise speaking voice
· Friendly and warm personality
· Previous experience meeting and exceeding goals
· Comfortable with software, typing, with the ability to learn new software
· Excellent customer service skills
· Great phone voice
