Position : Patient Service Reps – (Collection)
Job Description : Role & Responsibility: Make phone calls to patients to inform them of the outstanding balance.Analyse patient outstanding balances of $100+, read prior notes and activity on the account.Educate the patients on different options available to pay their bill.If the patient wants to make payment while on phone, collect the info and notate the account.Write and log all calls in the ERP system and maintain daily call sheet.Where email contact is an option, email the patients about the balance.Desired Skills: Min 1-2 years’ Experience in US outbound calling.Fluent in spoken and written English.Experience in B2C outbound calling.Experience in process like Mortgage, Loan, Credit cards etc would also be good, primarily any type of experience in talking to customer would be a great fit.Prior experience in any kind of collection process would be an added advantage.Willing to work in US (PST) night shift.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentPay: ₹360,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:Night shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusExpected Start Date: 01/05/2022
