Job Description : Job Information:
Processing – analysis of the hotel contracts with the cooperating travel agencies and keeping the relevant file.
Check the correctness of the prices in the reservations registered in the hotel ERP system.
Complete management of receivables accounting: Accounting and receivables agreements, recording receipts by assigning invoices, generating A / R reports (collection history, balance analysis).
Complete management of revenue accounting: Accounting and revenue agreements, production of revenue-related reports.

Job Requirements:

Management of the pricing of travel agencies.

Balance agreements with travel agencies.

Ensuring the collection of hotel receivables at the contractually agreed times.

Participation in the monthly closing and production of the hotel’s monthly P&L.

Monitoring developments in tax legislation.

Degree in accounting or economics

Experience of 2-3 years in a corresponding position in a medium and / or large company.
