TikTok is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our Americas Payroll team in the U.S. This is a Full-time role located in CA or NY.

Responsibilities
1. Assist in performing daily payroll department operations.
2. Assist with the preparation of payroll data, reports, and new-hire employee information.
3. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
4. Work with multiple international stakeholders and database programs for payroll-related integration needs
1.Minimum of 3-5 years of in-house payroll experience.
2. Hands on, basic functional knowledge and a minimum 1-3 years payroll operation/tax experience in Canada/US payroll.
3. Strong vendor management and project management skills.
4. Strong influence and stakeholder management skills.
