Mission
Analyze and reconstitute fragrances (by GCMS) in a variety of consumer products such as in Fine Fragrance, Personal Care, Air Care and Household.
Functions
Lead individual analytical projects and deliver final fragrance formula reconstitution in full autonomy.
Reformulate based on cost or product format (trickle-downs) requirements.
Maintain close interaction with internal departments such as Perfumery, Evaluation, Compounding Laboratories, Application, QC & Regulatory.
Maintain and develop a high level of fragrance raw material knowledge (Analytical and Olfactory).
Requirements:
Bring around 5 years of working experience in the Fragrance Industry with exposure to perfumery raw materials and/or fragrances, and with previous experience in GC/MS analysis and reformulation.
Good ability to smell with ideally an olfactive knowledge of perfumery raw materials.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Flexible yet methodical with attention to detail.
Good Laboratory Practices.
Good team-player.
Quick-learner.
Result-oriented.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Languages:
Excellent English Level.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry studies, ideally with a specialization in chemical analysis.
