Job Description : The Role
This is a role with immense scope which will evolve and develop over time. It is a career PA role which will incorporate all aspects of C-Suite level support to the Head Executive Assistant and in her absence look after a very dynamic and engaging CEO. You will be mentored and developed by the Head EA and be supported as you take on more and more responsibility. This is a superb opportunity for a candidate seeking to establish themselves in a role with career growth opportunity in a stable and successful global organisation. The role will support across multi time zones and will encompass extensive diary and travel management for C-Suite. There will be considerable administrative responsibility, including compiling reports and preparing presentations, collating expenses and large research briefs. Hence, IT skills must be very strong, especially in PowerPoint and Excel; these will be assessed through the interview process.
Requirements
The role is based in Sharjah and our client is seeking a candidate who lives on the Dubai/Sharjah border or in Sharjah / Ajman. They are conscious of the commute and want candidates who can be flexible. English must be completely fluent (with exceptional written skills) and at least three years’ PA / EA experience within the UAE in a senior role should be demonstrated.
