Position : Personal Assistant
Job Description : A media Executive based in the Northshore is seeking a professional and flexible Personal Assistant to support them in an administrative and personal capacity. The Personal Assistant will own the Executive’s calendar, handle all correspondence, plan events, assist with household needs, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly. This is a hybrid remote flexible schedule and the salary range for this role is $90k-$120k.
Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
Manage personal correspondence and facilitate administrative needs
Communicate and coordinate with staff on schedules and duties
Book travel arrangements and accommodations
Upkeep of personal contact list; ensuring accuracy
Complete RSVPs, event registration, membership dues, etc.
Review emails and responded on behalf of Executive
Answer phone calls and maintain relationships
Conduct personal errands, household purchases, etc.
Track special occasions and execute event planning
Requirements of the Personal Assistant:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience as a PA and/or working for a private residence
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
Work with discretion when handling confidential information

Pay: $90,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
